The cancellation period depends on the contract (employment agreement) that you have with us.
See article 15 of the CAO for temporary agency workers.
In phase A you can cancel prematurely.
If the posting has lasted more than 26 weeks, the employer must inform the temporary worker about ending the contract at least 10 days before the end of the posting.
A phase B contract has a start and an end date. This contract ends by operation of law without the need for cancellation.
A phase C contract can be canceled on the next working day subject to a notice period of one month.
