The cancellation period depends on the contract (employment contract) that you have with us.
See Article 15 of the Collective Labor Agreement for temporary employees.
You can cancel prematurely in phase A.
If the posting has lasted more than 26 weeks, the employer must inform the temporary worker at least 10 days in advance of the end of the posting.
A phase B contract has a start and an ending date. This contract ends by operation of law without the need for cancellation.
A phase C contract can be canceled on the next working day subject to a notice period of one month.
