The cancellation period depends on the contract (employment contract) that you have with us.
See Article 15 of the Collective Labor Agreement for temporary employees.
* You can cancel prematurely in phase A.
* A phase B contract has a start and an end date. This contract ends by operation of law without the need for cancellation.
If you want to cancel your phase B contract in the meantime, the following cancellation terms apply: Phase B <3 months: 7 calendar days
Phase B> 3 but <6 months: 14 calendar days Phase B> 6 months: 28 calendar days
* A phase C contract can be cancelled on the next working day subject to a notice period of one month.
