In your rental agreement you will find the agreements that apply to you.
Accommodation costs can be exchanged gross for the following wage components:
- Wage above the statutory minimum wage
- Overtime bonus, only the part above 108% of the statutory minimum wage
- Bonus part of an irregular hour
- Extra-statutory vacation days (5 days on an annual basis)
The remainder is deducted net (taking into account the exchange rate of 0,81 for the wage above the statutory minimum wage and the extra-statutory vacation days).
Temporary workers who make use of this arrangement receive the extra-statutory vacation days and the vacation pay with every wage payment.
