Through the ABU pension fund, StIPP, you accrue pension from the moment you have worked for us for more than 8 weeks and when you are 21 or older.
In phase A, only Charlie works pays for this (you do not pay any premium). From phase B, you will start to contribute, but you will also accrue more pension. If you participate in a Plus Pension, 1/3 of the premium is deducted from your salary.
