You return loaned items in the same state as how you received them and for which you signed (clean, washed, cleaned).
Claims will be invoiced directly to the employee. This does not affect the possibility of deductions and settlements that can take place in accordance with the law on the wages of the employee.
If an employee is provided with materials for the execution of the work, a loan agreement will be drawn up. This specifies the type of material and the value of the material.
Upon termination of employment, the employee must return these materials to a Service point. When not returned, the value as determined in the signed loan agreement will be deducted from the wage. In situations where there is no room for the deduction, the amounts are transferred to a debt collection agency and the additional costs are borne by the employee.
