If during the term of the employment contract, without the exclusion of payment of wages, the work is canceled because the posting is terminated, the employer is obliged, as long as the contract continues, to seek and offer suitable replacement work.
In the event of the loss of labor, the employee is obliged to report by e-mail and to make himself available for work in writing to his / her contact office. If the employee has not made himself available in writing for work, the right to continued payment of salary is excluded.
Appropriate is the work as stipulated in article 44 of the ABU Cao.
In addition, the employee is obliged to accept suitable work if:
1. The assignment can be reached within 1.5 hours traveling time from their home
and is independent of the mode of transport. Employer will, in reasonableness and
fairness, look at what is within the possibilities.
2. If not available for work or if the appropriate work offer is being refused, no claim can be made on continued payment of salary.
