You can request your holiday on the Charlie works employee portal.
You should have received an email with a link to log in. The email also includes instructions for the employee portal.
Do you have problems logging in? Please contact Charlie supports.
Other forms of holiday requests will not be accepted. If a holiday request has not been submitted and you are not present, this will be classed as unauthorised absence. Repeated unauthorised absence may result in dismissal.
You may take a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks holiday or longer in consultation with Charlie works, provided this is recorded and submitted in writing.
If you do not have sufficient accrued holidays, any days exceeding your accrued holidays will be considered unpaid leave. Charlie works is entitled to refuse the leave if the company interest overrides the interest of the employee.
If you work for a client where a general company closure or collective holiday applies during a certain period, you must take your holidays or leave during this period.
In the event of a request for special leave, you must submit it no later than two weeks after the event. For more information on special leave, see Article 57 of the ABU Collective Labour Agreement.
