Healthcare claims can be submitted via the Holland Zorg app. If claims are submitted via the app, they will be processed by Holland Zorg within 5-10 days.
In order to do this, the following information must be clearly legible on the invoice:
- Address details of the healthcare provider
- Date, description and costs of treatment
- Your name, date of birth and citizen service number (BSN)
Declarations can also be submitted at Charlie works. Processing when filing at Charlie works takes longer; about 15 days.
When you register for insurance via Charlie works, you receive a policy schedule and healthcare card that the insurer provides.
An E106 form is only provided upon request. This request can be submitted at Charlie supports.
Early termination of the health insurance is only possible when taking unpaid leave of 4 weeks or longer.
