In accordance with article 6 of the ABU collective labor agreement (CAO), the employee is expected to comply with the rules of conduct. Disciplinary measures will be taken in the following situations:
• Theft;
• Fighting, intimidation, use of threatening and/or misplaced language against colleagues or supervisors;
• Violation of safety and health rules;
• Work refusal and authority undermining;
• Intentionally causing damage to products and/or property of the client;
• Absence without a proper statement;
• Use of drugs within working hours, in such a way that the functioning is influenced by this;
• Consuming alcoholic beverages during working hours;
• Gambling and possession of weapons on the premises of the client;
• Unauthorized absence of the workplace;
• Not keeping to the working hours (coming late or going home without permission before end of working hours);
• Careless management of tools, materials, etc.
