In accordance with article 10 of the ABU collective labor agreement (CAO), the employee is expected to comply with the rules of conduct. Disciplinary measures will be taken in the following situations:
• Theft;
• Fighting, intimidation, use of threatening and/or misplaced language against colleagues or supervisors;
• Violation of safety and health rules;
• Work refusal and authority undermining;
• Intentionally causing damage to products and/or property of the client;
• Absence without a proper statement;
• Use of drugs within working hours, in such a way that the functioning is influenced by this;
• Consuming alcoholic beverages during working hours;
• Gambling and possession of weapons on the premises of the client;
• Unauthorized absence of the workplace;
• Not keeping to the working hours (coming late or going home without permission before end of working hours);
• Careless management of tools, materials, etc.
