PHASE SYSTEM
The phase system applies if you are made available to work at a client. In the Netherlands, this phase system can only be applied by temporary employment agencies.
A regular employer works with the chain system, whereby you can get three contacts in three years before you start working for an indefinite period.
Detailed information about the phase system can be found in the (summary) of the CAO for temporary agency workers.
Phase A without agency clause (4 weeks repetitive, maximum 52 weeks)
This contract can always be canceled in writing by both Charlie and yourself towards the end of the 4-week period.
Phase B (maximum 3 years and maximum 6 contracts)
This contract has a start and end date. This contract ends by operation of law and we will inform you at least one month in advance whether or not your contract will be extended. The contract can be terminated prematurely, taking into account the legal notice period.
Phase C
This is a contract for an indefinite period and can be canceled with effect from the next working day with due observance of a notice period of one month.
