PHASE SYSTEM
The phase system applies if you are made available to work at a client. In the Netherlands, this phase system can only be applied by temporary employment agencies.
A regular employer works with the chain system, whereby you can get three contacts in three years before you start working for an indefinite period.
Detailed information about the phase system can be found in the (summary) of the CAO for temporary agency workers.
Phase A with agency clause ends:

- when you have reached the state pension age;
- when you want to stop yourself.
The contract can be canceled by yourself on the next work day.
